Notes from the Chef

Personal.  I rarely sit down to create a menu without first talking or meeting with the client. Everyone is unique. Their preferences, favorites, or even hobbies and style are all taken into consideration. Its in this way, that I create the ideal menu for each and every person.

Distinctive.  My original background is Tuscany Italian, which over the years has been infused with French cuisine, the Far East and of course the freshest seafood available here in Newburyport. Because I custom produce all of my menus, its always been an enjoyable challenge to research and create food from all over the world.

Dynamic.  That's how I describe today’s cuisine. The culinary world is as fast paced as fashion, ever changing with the seasons and trends. My affiliation with Newburyport’s finest restaurants Michael’s Harborside and Ten Center, along with their outstanding chefs, allow me to stay current with what’s new, and create designer menus for my clients. I want to create a WOW factor, and I'm always able to deliver that.
