Originally an expansive family farm, the property has been transformed over the years into a beautiful function venue ideal for gatherings and celebrations. Still owned today by the Arakelian family, Groveland Fairways also includes a superb golf instruction facility.

To ensure that every function is exceptional and personalized, Groveland Fairways hosts only one event per day. In the ballroom our stunning mahogany bar and working fireplace add a warm glow to events held during cooler months. In warmer seasons, the rolling greens of our golf facility, outdoor brick cocktail terrace with bar, and beautiful vistas are ideal for outdoor tented affairs.

Groveland Fairways can accommodate indoor gatherings from 50 to 200 people and outdoor gatherings for groups of up to 300.
